Attitude?
Today I attended a workshop on "customer service". And although they explained and taught as "many other things" the main thing that stuck with me was the power of attitude. It made me connect it to my life in general, and I took a moment to see myself and my own attitude. The power of one person changing their attitude can have a huge impact on many other people - so clearly it made me realize that if I put some effort into correcting my attitude or improving it, things might be much easier for me and for others as well - it will make things much easier for the rest of my life! It's a circle, if you're attitude is crap - of course you're going to get that in return - these are the basics that we all know, but in actually taking action to make this happen is always the hard part of course. So next time when you get caught in a wierd situation - think about your attitude and position in the situation first and then maybe things will get easier :)
