Diet

So 4 weeks gone, and exactly 3 weeks and 5 days till mom's return. It gets hectic at times but let's just go with the flow so things get done.
So I went to see my family doctor because my hair was falling more than usual 2 weeks ago. She told me it isnt't anything major because women have a lot of hair loss during the start of fall. But she decided to get a blood test done just to make sure things are normal. I got my results yesterday, and there was a problem with my iron level. Normal ferratin level is 15-180. 15-20 is still considered too low.Mine is at 8!! I was surprised, I thought I was okay! So she told me to call a diet call center. I have to just cut somethings from my diet. I think I consume enough iron food, it's just that I drink a lot of tea that the iron doesn't get absorbed. You should never have tea with a meal. If so, drink it at least an hour after your meal. I've drank tea with my breakfast for the last 5 years,or more! So just have to watch how I consume things. I'm going to eliminate the regular milk-orange tea and drink green tea, as it's a rich anti-oxidant.
And time to start jogging again! Things are a bit regular since mom has been away, hence we're used to the routine now. I have to start jogging again, I haven't done so since Ramadan (Mid August). Wow what a long time!
